Je proviens du milieu de l’Hatha Yoga et j’ai été exposé à Advaita Vedanta. Même si l’Advaita Vedanta parle directement à mon cœur, il semble que le Hatha Yoga facilite le processus et favorise une telle compréhension expérientielle.

Le cours commence par la lubrification des articulations, créant une circulation dans le système lymphatique, relâchant les tensions dans les nœuds du corps (intersections importantes), préparant le corps. Avant les Salutations au soleil, j’utilise différentes techniques pour apporter un surplus de chaleur dans le corps. Une fois celui-ci échauffé, la respiration et la concentration actives, l’esprit silencieux ; Asana – la séquence de postures commence. Intériorisez l’attention, dirigez l’attention sur différents points, jusqu’à ce que vous puissiez même relâcher l’attention et passer à la Conscience. À la fin du cours, à Shavasana ; il peut instruire, vers ce qu’on appelle le Soi Pur, la Conscience, l’Être Pur. Un État hors du domaine des Concepts, où toute expérience est perçue.Conduisant l’esprit dans le cœur, jusqu’à ce qu’il ne reste plus que la présence. Tous les pratiquants ne peuvent pas entrer dans l’immobilité à volonté, c’est pourquoi j’utilise le yoga comme moyen de « purification » pour faciliter le processus de demeurer dans le Soi. Soyez doux, conscient et respectez les limites de votre corps, ne cassez rien dans le processus.

Suggestions pendant la pratique, votre corps, votre esprit et vos énergies sont au mieux si : -Vous êtes à jeun.-Réduire/ne pas consommer de café, d’alcool, de cigarettes ou de stimulants nerveux au moins 4 heures avant l’entraînement.-Douche, ouvrez une fenêtre pour avoir de l’air frais. Nettoyez votre environnement.-Réduire les distractions : Mettez le téléphone en mode avion.-Utilisez des vêtements confortables.

• Professeur de yoga certifié (E-RYT 500) Yoga Alliance – Hatha Yoga de style himalayen traditionnel – Rishikesh Yog Peeth – sous la direction de Roshan Singh et Krishna Sikhwal ;
• 100 heures de yoga prénatal ;
• Participation aux programmes de Sadhguru – Isha Yoga Center India – Coimbatore ;
• Ingénierie intérieure + Bhava Spandana + Shoonya Intensif + 21 jours de programme Hatha Yoga (Surya Namaskar, Isha Kryia, Surya Kryia, Angamardana, Upa Yoga, Yoga asanas, Bhuta Shuddi et différentes pratiques, consécrations et événements.) ;
• Participation aux Satsang avec Mooji ; Silent Retreats au Portugal, aux Pays-Bas, en Inde.

After discovering yoga, I wanted to share this ancient practice with as many people as possible. My interest is to meet with anyone who genuinely looks in this direction and to assist them towards their own Self-Realization.

As we mature in our own discoveries, we are able to share and make others experience a taste of what we experience ourselves. It is human to share what is good.

The purpose of yoga is about discovering One Self, not improving it. 

The Self is Perfect, it just needs to be discovered. This is also why In Yoga, attainment is called Self Realization, liberation, moksha, jivamukti, from the idea and the old concepts that we used to believe about ourselves.

 You can improve posture, body, mind, persona (mask), but The Self, yourself, can only be discovered.

There are many things that may seem to get in the way of this; aches & pains, unfulfilled desires, traumas, misunderstandings, conscious or unconscious mind, this is also why a Guru is referred also as a dispeller of « darkness ». « Darkness » is the unknown, the misconceived, concepts that shape our life and every step we take next. Everyone in your life, who has contributed in opening your eyes, mind, heart is a Guru or a Teacher.

I am sharing my practice to the best of my knowledge and according to the situation in which we are, deeply inspired by Mooji, Sadhguru, Papaji, Rupert Spira and other Truth Teachers.

Sharing my practice with all sincere students, who look to know more. I would advise to all participating in my classes to look for the teachers mentioned before and get accustomed with their sense of concepts, humor and speeches/Satsangs.
